Hi @MeganZ

It may be that the Description field is a single line text field that does not support line breaks.

Thanks @Troy Tessalone - great suggestion, that hadn’t occurred to me. I have checked in the app, and I am able to insert a linebreak into the description here.

Some Zap app functionality may not match the functionality capable in the app itself.

We would nee more context about which app is being used in the Zap step.
