  • How do I initially populate a table with all records from a service and then keep it updated with Zapier?

I have three services with data that I want to correlate.  There are keyfields that will be used to link all records.  The plan is to create a table for each service, then populate all records using a query.  With the first service, I am unable to find an option to select all records, I am only allowed to use the “add record trigger”.  How can I initially populate the table with all records (about 1800) and then use the trigger to keep the table updated?
