How do i have a step skipped if there is no value to search by?

I have a step that searches a system for a user based on what they entered in on a shopify field, and it works perfectly however if they don't put anything in that field then the zapier has nothing to search by so it fails that step as skips the rest of the flow.

Hi @Payton Husain

Try adding this Zap step: Formatter > Text > Default Value
