I have a workflow, and I need to create a document and it can have a variable number of people who need to sign the contract
So we have property owner and tenant, and both parties need to sign the agreement, we can have up to 3 people who need to sign as the owner and then up to 6 people who might need to sign as the tenant.
We could create a series of duplicated zaps that just used one of the 18 different templates but it feels highly time consuming to set that up and surely there is a way where the roles could be there and just no used, but it Pandadoc is always saying the role’s email addresses are required, so cannot create one template that just works for all combinations
Any guidance would be great, currently getting the data for the pandadoc from a worklflow that starts in Airtable
