How do I get Trello to send the new unique Trello Card ID data back into the Google Sheet row I created?

I saw a post on here about updating google sheet row with the Trello Card ID. I need help understanding how to do that.

Logic: Google sheet new row > Create Trello Card (this is working properly)

How do I get Trello to send the new unique Trello Card ID data back into the google sheet row I just created?

Ideally, then I would be able to update the row and have a Zap to update the corresponding Trello Card ID accordingly.

Good question.

The Trello Create Card actions will return the Trello Card ID.

Use a GSheet Update Row step, and map the ID/Row from Step 1.
