Hello! I would like to set up an automation, when triggered, forwards a potential client’s lead information from Clio Grow to SMS. This text would go to our managing attorney who reviews our leads. I then need the response to this SMS sent back to me.
In my wildest dreams I would like my attorney’s text message response to be quantifiable. Such as using an approval step where “no” = halted workflow, but starts a different workflow for lead rejection.
Is there any integrations that make this possible? I anticipate that we will need a third party SMS platform.
