I have created a cancellation form in WPForms to find out why subscribers are cancelling and for the cancellation to work they have to select their membership level. In the form it has Monthly and Yearly levels. But paid memberships pro level_ID is 1 (Monthly) and 2 (Yearly). How would i format the data to say if Monthly is selected convert it to 1 and if Yearly is selected convert it to 2?
