Hey guys,

  1. I'm creating an automation to send a daily summary of all received emails to Slack. However, I'm unsure about formatting the output. Each email should be labeled with a number (e.g., "1.", "2.") in the summary and clearly separated from the others.

    For example:
    1. [Email Summary]
    - Sender Name:
    - Sender Email:
    - Subject:

    2.[Email Summary]
    - Sender Name:
    - Sender Email:
    - Subject:

    Etc...

    How can I achieve that?

What part are you having trouble with? It looks like you’ve already got the day’s emails grouped together and are just having trouble with formatting. Is that right?

If you need help, perhaps consider hiring a Certified Zapier Expert: https://zapier.com/experts

What’s the input to the Slack step? Do you have line items for each email? Is it just one big blob of text?

Have you tried using a Formatter by Zapier step or a Code step?
