Urgent Assistance Needed: Upgrade Issue with Zap Not Working

About six days ago, I upgraded my account to a Professional paid plan. However, my dashboard still displays the “UPGRADE” message. Before upgrading, everything was working fine, including text sending and other functions, but now these features have stopped working.

I’ve confirmed that my payment to Zapier has been processed successfully, as requested by the chat prompt. I’ve emailed your support team 3-4 times but haven’t received any response.

Could you please help resolve this issue so that my Zap functions correctly? Or if there are any steps I can take to fix this, kindly let me know.

In the meantime, try logging out of Zapier, clearing your browser cache, and ensuring your Zaps are turned on. Also, check that your app connections are still working by testing them in your Zapier dashboard.
