Hey guys,

When i have a form submission get zapped to Zapier to a webhook, I need “went to doctor” to be posted to API as “went_to_doctor” as the posting spec. I need Zapier to automatically know that if it sees someone selected “went to doctor” to submit it as the posting spec “went_to_doctor”. How can I do this?

Try using a Formatter > Utilities > Lookup Table: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496305146765

  1. left side would be “went to doctor”
  2. right side would be “went_to_doctor”
