How do I find out more about changes to an integration e.g. MS Exchange?

I went to make some changes in a Zap that uses MS Exchange. I see the following alert:

I would hope that there is a change log or release notes somewhere describing the changes so I have some idea before I commit to updating my Zap. No matter what I search for in the help section I can’t find anything, and the Exchange help/notes doesn’t have this info.

Am I missing something obvious?

Or, does anyone know what changed in the Exchange integration recently?

Good question.

There is no version log available for Zap apps.

These updates can include bug fixes as well as new functionality, such as new endpoints.
