Thanks for your reply but unfortunately this hasn’t really helped - I have tried using Formatter and Utilities but seem unable to extract the data i just get the text in full in a cell in Google Sheet when ideally I’m looking to either extract 3-4 lines of data only with a new cell for each or if that’s not possibly then each line is given a separate sell and i can just hide the ones i don’t need.

The biggest issue seems to be that at this point the data being pulled is not in the correct format, for example line 1 should read Model name externroscorvillage but the later appears on line 2 and then I’m unable to publish even though there are no active errors?

There is no sensitive info within the screenshot, the serial numbers are just for internal use and will not reflect to anything outside of the business

I believe you would require to add multiple formatter steps for your workflow to be possible. However, have you tried utilizing Code by Zapier? Code by Zapier has a “Generate with AI” button that can help you generate code for the output that you want.
