Question

How do I extract multiple matching deals from HubSpot daily using Zapier?

I want to achieve the following functionality in Hubspot using Zapier:

  • Every day at a scheduled time, Zapier references the Hubspot deal data and extracts all deals that match the values I specified.

When I tried to achieve this, I selected the "Find Deal" event in Zapier. However, even though there should be multiple deals that match the specified values, only one deal is extracted.

Is there a workaround for this?

You’d have to use the HubSpot API to query for and return multiple results: https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/api/overview
