I have an online form from my website that sends the form submission to my Gmail in a body text. I am trying to extract the name of the form submitter, so I can input the name into a zapier table field. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Before we dig deeper into this, have you tried using the Email Parser by Zapier app? The Email Parser by Zapier allows you to extract any data for use later in a Zap.
