How do I export Zoho Forms to PDF or get the full input body

Hi

 

We’re looking to provide a template to integratie Zoho Forms into our own application. Yet we’re stuggling to find the best solution to resolve the following issues:

  • When a form entry is created, we’d like to get all the questions and responses to the form without them having to be mapped manually.
  • We’d like to derive a PDF from said form entry, if the first issue could be resolved, we’d be able to build this ourselves.

Is there any way to resolve these issues?

Hi @SynetonPulse 

Good question.

Look to see if Zoho Forms provides a file as part of the Zap trigger data payload.

Search for “File exists”.

Otherwise, you can us an app like GDocs to create a Template, and then get the PDF version of the generated file.
