How do I export phone numbers from Zapier to Brevo with +61 country code and remove the leading 0?

i am trying tp export to Brevo from Zapier phone numbers. i keep getting the country code for the US number 1 i figred out how to get this off but now i get the  front number 0 of a number.. for eg  the number that has been imported is  to Zapier is 0415413228 and i now want to export this number for sms purposes to brevo which requires the +61 in front of the number.. as the ph number has a 0 in the front this also now needs to be removed as it comes wont accept the 0 in the front of the number    it has to be +61415413228  

and yes i have tried all different ways to change brevo and also the program that uploads to zapier with no scess .. i have litrally been at this for almost 3 days
