I have a wix automation that triggers when a specific form is submitted. Its action is the Zapier connection.
I have a zap that connects to the correct automation in wix, but when testing, the records are generic and don’t match the selected form.
How do I make sure it is connecting to the correct form?

After configuring the Zap trigger step, try testing the Wix Form, then try to pull thru fresh examples in the Zap trigger step using the button Find New Records]: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496310366093-Change-the-test-record-in-your-Zap-trigger
Unfortunately that doesn’t work. I have gone over to my wix form and filled it in a couple of times and then retested in zap… No luck.

Zap trigger: Webhook - Catch Hook
This will generate a unique URL to configure in your Wix Automation, per this guide from Wix: https://support.wix.com/en/article/wix-automations-sending-data-via-webhook
OK, i have set that to be webhook. What do I put into the Target URL and do I change the zap at all? Right now the zap is reading WIX custom Triggers.
Use this as the Zap trigger: Webhook - Catch Hook
Configure the generated webhook URL in Wix.
Then test and pull thru the test data from Wix to configure your Zap action steps.
