Hello,

I'm encountering an issue with Airtable where I'm receiving two records in separate rows instead of on the same row.

Here are the steps I'm following:

  1. Upon receiving a new payment through Stripe, I create a record associated with this payment in Airtable.
  2. Once the payment is confirmed, I retrieve the email information to filter the user database in another table and create an additional record.

Unfortunately, these records are being received in different rows.

Could you please advise on how to resolve this?

Good question.

You need to use this logic for Airtable.

  • Action: Airtable - Find/Create Record
  • Action: Airtable - Update Record
    • Map the Record ID from the previous step
