Hi @Shorty

Post screenshots showing how your Zap step is configured in the CONFIGURE tab while in EDIT mode.

  • Check your Zap time zone settings.
  • Check your Zapier account time zone settings.

@Shorty

Depends which time zone you edited.

Did you edit your Zap time zone OR your Zapier account time zone OR both?

Looks like your account is set to the wrong time zone, like @Troy Tessalone suggested. Go to your profile settings(top right in the main Zapier page), then modify and save your time zone:

Do you know if this is correct for 11am Et?

And will it stick for every week ?

@Shorty

Next time the Zap Runs, check the timestamp in the Zap Runs: https://zapier.com/app/history/

@Shorty - Can you click “find new records” and then screenshot like I have below?

Basically, Zapier is running a command to get the current time and date, then “next occurrence” is when it should run. (My account is on US central time, and I set this schedule trigger to go for 11 am).

The pretty date and pretty time should match your current time, assuming you have your profile set to the correct time zone. (Make sure you save the profile update… that’s a very common error!)
