How do I customize the email address field in Zapier's "New Inbound Email" feature?

Hi Everyone!

 

I am using the Email by Zapier feature and use the New Inbound Email. In the Email Address field, I am adding my Work Email and my Gmail, but it is an invalid value! Is there someone can suggest how to customize the Email Address?  For Example: johndoe@zapiermail.com it is also an invalid value.
