How do I create/update a contact in Hubspot when an invitee is created in Calendly?

Good question.

Try these Zap steps:

You may have to add a step to associate the Engagement to the Contact.

thanks @Troy Tessalone any tips for if the Create Association step needs to happen before or after the create engagement ?

It would come after since you’ll need to know the IDs of the Objects to associate.
