How do I create 'New Ticket' in Zendesk after Intercom questions

Ok we are looking to create a new Zap, but i am not sure if this one can be done via Zap. 

 

We are looking to do the following. 

When a customer interacts with the intercom chat feature on our website they will be asked the following questions? 

Hello Do you have any questions? 

And if the response is yes, the next question should be “great are you using our product at the moment?” if the answer is yes then the enquiry geets routed to ZenDesk.

Is this something we can do with a Zap?

Hey @Chris2021 ,

 

Currently this is not possible on Zapier. But i believe you can built this within Intercom or by installing some app from app store.
