How do I create new Mailchimp contacts when a Monday.com board column changes to "Member"?

I am trying to create a new contact in MailChimp based on the change in status of a specific column in Monday.com

Specifically, once status changes to “Member” I want to create a new MailChimp contact.  I am trying to set up the trigger by tracking the change of status in that particular column in that particular board, but I can’t seem to filter by that specific status.

Try add a Filter as Zap step 2: https://zapier.com/apps/filter/help
