Hi all, 

I am new here to zapier and I need help. I need to create a zap where I have clients on google sheets that I want zap to send an email to, and when they answer I want AI to answer back based on their needs. Is there any way to do that?

To clarify, when would it be time to send the person the email - when they’re added to the sheet, or at another time? We’d need to make sure the type of event that occurs is available on the list of triggers for Google Sheets here: https://zapier.com/apps/google-sheets/integrations#triggers-and-actions

 

Sending an email shouldn’t be a problem - just check that the email app you use is available on this list of apps: https://zapier.com/apps

 

If the app page is there, you can enter it, and navigate to the same area I shared for the triggers and actions of Google Sheets - to check that there’s an action for sending an email - but I’m sure all popular emailing apps will!

 

In terms of respond to emails from users - on that same page of your email app, you should check out triggers for receiving emails, as you’ll need a second Zap that triggers upon receiving an email from someone on that list. 

 

Then, you should again search the apps page for the AI app that you use - and you’ll be able to find any appropriate action that can help to make an email response. Then, you’d use the action to send an email response to the user.
