How do I create a Zap to add a task 30 minutes before a Google Calendar event, like 'Research Guest' for calls?

let me know if this helps! As a test and not messing up the work calendar, i am doing it for an event labeled “outdoor run” to automate an event to be made 30 mins before for “Prep for run”

It looks like you’re on the right track here. However, you’re using the incorrect date data in the “Start Date & End Date” fields. Could you please try remapping that with the date data from the trigger? The date data for “Start Date” field should look like this:  . And, the “End Date” should look like this: 

Additionally, you will remove the space after the “-” sign in the date fields. Like so:

Hello Ken, I was able to adjust the spaces, and am now getting new events but they are only at the current time of my day, is there a way to add a photo to a reply as well?

The events are not occuring when an event named outdoor run is created

You might not have remapped the “Summary” data in the Start & End Date Time fields. Could you please send an updated screenshot of your Zap setup?
