Question

How do I create a zap that carries the Google Click Identifier from my Google Ad, to my landing page, through a Jotform, through Acuity Scheduling, and sends the offline conversion in Google Ads?

This is the process that I am trying to create:

  1. Client clicks on the Google Ad and arrives at my website’s landing page with the invitation to join.
  2. Client clicks the link to the page with my in-frame Jotform application form.
  3. If client passes the screening conditions, they are redirected to my Acuity Scheduling page to book a call.
  4. Zapier tells Google Ads that there was an offline conversion of someone booking a call with Acuity.

I am stuck because I don’t know how to carry along the Google Click Identifier through the process. Is this even possible? Do I need to configure something in Google Tag Manager? If so, how do I go about this? Please help!

Many thanks in advance!
