How do I create a Trello card from Gmail emails and get notifications for new cards using Zapier?

I am trying to create a Zap connecting Gmail with Trello. How can I Make a customisation that whenever I receive a email from specific email address then a trello card should be created with the email subject name. 

Also it should happen every time I receive the email from same specific email address. Also is there a way to get notified whenever a new card has been created.
