STRUGGLING A NEW PERSON DOING A FREE TRIAL TO SEE IF THIS WILL WORK FOR OUR TEAM.

 

  1. Trying to trigger a zap from Submittable application to trigger a task in Asana.  Is that doable with free zap accounts. 
  2. Is there a manual or youtube on how to create zaps
  3. Do you need to create a workflow in Asana before creating a zap trigger

Learn the basics of Zapier.

 

Steps

  1. Trigger: Submittable - New Submission
  2. Action: Asana - Create Task

 

If you want to filter data from Step 1, then you will need to add a Filter step.

Zaps with 3+ steps require a Zapier paid plan to turn ON.
