Hi, i would like to create a slack message, when a Hubspot meeting is booked, and I would like to have like "1rst booking of the week", "2nd booking of the week"… → I want to count number of meetings booked everyweek

The idea is that, when someone book a meeting, we have a slack message like :

“Someone booked a meeting ( this is the 1st/2nd/3rd meeting of the week)
Here are more informations”...

Is it possible ?

Hi @FélixLG

You will need to log each meeting somewhere in order to track.

On option is this Zap action: Storage - Increment Value

Then you can use a different Zap to reset the value to 0 on a Schedule.

Hi, thanks for your Answer ! I think i get it

Now, I want my zap like "each time someone fills this meeting form (url), create a slack message.
But the problem is that when I put the trigger "Submission Form", I only get the Submission properties, I don't have the other properties (contact properties to be precise). Is it possible to have all properties in the Slack Message ?
Thanks !

We would need to see screenshots with how your steps are outlined and configured, thanks.

You may need to add other HubSpot Steps to find the related Contact to get those values.
