I’m looking for a software that allows me to create a PDF template, supports parameter and e-signature.

I tried to use Boloforms, however it only allows me to create text based custom variables. I need to have a table inside my PDF template, with columns like “Item, Description, Quantity, Rate, Amount, etc….” If I can pass a list of items and pre-filled into the table rows and send it to my recipient for signature request, that would be perfect.

Any suggestions?
