How do I create a new document from template with an automated sheet?

I have clients that are submitting google spreadsheets to me based on a template. I’d like to move the spreadsheet file that the client sends me into a specific folder and then create a new google doc based on a template zap from said document. I’ve attempted to use the “New file in folder” (Drive) trigger > Find Spreadsheet (Sheets) > Create new Document from Template (Docs) flow, but you can’t list a file that hasn’t been created yet on the find spreadsheet tool. 

 

Any ideas of another way that I can do this?
