Hello, I am trying to create this workflow:

 

Have FreshBooks generate an invoice based on bookings made in Acuity Scheduling, however the challenge is that I do not want the invoice to be generated per booking, but rather a single invoice at the end of the month based on the client’s collective bookings for that particular month. 

 

How do I go on about doing that?

You would have to configure a system of automations to:

  • Log the clients
  • Log the bookings
  • Run on a schedule to find each of the clients
  • Find all the bookings per client for the time period
  • Generate an invoice based on the derived data
