  • How do I create a Microsoft Outlook calendar event from Calendly on a specific day and time?

Hi Community

First time user and poster here.

 

I am trying to create a new Microsoft outlook event when a specific calendly event type is created.

I am struggling with the event start date and time, and end date and time. I want the new event to always start on the Monday before the calendly event, at the same time the calendly event starts

IE(if the calendly event is scheduled for Thursday at 3pm(the trigger), I want to create a new outlook event on the Monday(before the Thursday) at 3pm for 30 minutes).

 

I have been able to get it to create a new event on a Monday, but not the specific Monday I'm requesting.

 

PLEASE HELP

You’ll also need to define logic for what should happen if someone books on a Monday.

Can you post screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured to

 

One approach would be to use custom Code to determine the next Monday.

Another approach would be to ask AI to determine the next Monday for a given date.

You can also ask AI for help with creating the Code.
