How do I create a local markdown file from a Feedly article in Obsidian using Zapier?

Is it possible for Zapier to create a local file on my laptop? I want to use a Zap to put information from a Feedly article into a markdown file for Obsidian. So, can do, or no can do? (I suspect the answer is No, for security reasons, but thought I’d ask.)

Apps need to be based online to be used in Zaps.

What about the Google Drive sync?
