Am creating a Zap, what does the Specific service ticket filter and project filter means. Am connecting Jira with ConnectWise. I want to create Jira ticket when the ConnectWise ticket gets to a specific status.

I did some digging and it looks like status
isn’t a supported field for the “New/Updated Ticket” trigger at the moment. There is an open feature request for this though! I went ahead and added your vote to it. While we’re not able to offer an estimate on when or if this will be implemented we’ll be sure to email you if that changes.
We’ll also keep the topic updated.
