How do I create a feedback form in Acuity after every successful appointment?

Hello Zapier Community!

I’m thinking of putting up a feedback form in Acuity using Zapier, is it even possible? Would really appreciate your insights regarding this one. Thank you so much!

    Any specific links to try? I can’t seem to find any feedback triggers in Acuity. Does it mean it’s impossible?

    Perhaps you can outline a specific example and possibly include screenshots so we have a better understanding of what you are trying to achieve with the Zap.

    I would like to send feedback forms in Acuity after every successful appointments.

    Hi @Jodi is there a specific app you’d like to connect to Acuity for the feedback forms? Or are you aiming to have an Acuity to Acuity Zap as I see in their description they have custom intake forms.
