Hey I need to be able to send custom message too…

moreover I need to be able to edit the templates or at least their languages!

I have split your reply to a new topic. I hope you don’t mind!

I did some digging into this, and it seems like updating the templates to different languages WhatsApp Notifications is not available at the moment. I’d recommend reaching out to our Support Team to create a feature request on your behalf. You can reach our Support Team here: https://zapier.com/app/get-help

Additionally, we do have a feature request for the option to update Templates to different languages. I have added you as another interested member to the feature request. That does a few things:

  • Bring this to the attention of the integration developers
  • Help track interest in this feature being implemented
  • Allows us to notify you via email if this feature becomes available in the future

While I don't have an ETA on when this feature might be implemented, we will notify you via email if it is!
