Hi I need to create contact, company and deal when a particular Docusign form is signed how can I do it?
I can’t find the docusign field that I want to connect

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode so we can see the field mappings.

Did adding data labels to the template as Troy suggested help to get things working?

If not, happy to assist further. Just send over some screenshots as Troy mentioned and we’ll go from there. Make sure to blur or remove all personal information (names, emails, addresses etc.) from screenshots before sharing - you can use a tool like Zappy for that.
