So I am creating a zap where if the meeting is scheduled on the “First Monday Of The Month “, it should convert it into the date of that month . For example the next first monday of the month would be  6th May 2024 ,however for some reason for me the call gets scheduled on  22nd April 2024.

Can anyone guide me?

Hi @Muhammad Maisam

We would need to see screenshots with how your Formatter step is configured to have more context.

This how it looks like :

@Muhammad Maisam

The provided input value likely isn’t valid: first monday of every month

Try this value: first monday of next month

Supported date/time formats

Zapier tries to interpret any date or time you provide. For example, all of the following date formats are supported:

  • tomorrow at noon
  • next Friday at 7PM (Friday of the next week, not the current week)
  • 2/13/2020 8PM EST
  • 2020-10-26T16:56 (standard ISO format)
  • 1393462573 (a UNIX timestamp)
miscEye icon Note

By default, Zapier uses the ISO 8601 standard for formatting dates. Some apps may use different date and time defaults. If needed, you can adjust date/time values in Zaps by adding or subtracting time from the value within the field.

So it give me the right answer which is Monday 6th May 2024 , but since its a recurring meeting for the next months ,it shows 6th June which is on Thu.

@Muhammad Maisam

We would need to see updated screenshots to have more context.

Here you go . Also when I tried running the automation . it stopped at invalid frequency . Question can I not add the frequency to be dynamic?

@Muhammad Maisam

You probably need to fill out additional fields.

Make sure to check the related “Repeat” fields.

There are different ones depending on if daily/weekly/monthly.

Thanks , will try it out .

Also , I have another concern , I am scheduling the call at 8pm GMT+3 , but somehow it changes to on google calender at 4am -5am

@Muhammad Maisam

I don’t think GMT+3 is a valid expression.

Check the field description for guidance. (click the link)

If you need to adjust time zones, use a Formatter step.

Also, check the time zone of the GCal calendar.
