I’m thinking you could take the text/HTML from the email in the Zap and use it to create a New Document in an app like Google Docs for example. Then you could pass that file over to an app like Aspose that could potentially Convert it into a EML file.

I say potentially as I couldn’t see any documentation internally here to officially confirm whether the Aspose app would definitely be able to convert it to an EML file. But I found some documentation on the Aspose website which talks about how to convert a HTML file to an EML file so it may be possible that the Aspose app on Zapier would support that as well.
