How do I connect Zeffy to Bloomerang in Zapier to automate donation data into our CRM?

Zap action: Bloomerang - Create Donation

Field: Constituent

Value: expects the ID of the Bloomerang Constituent

So to get that value, you need to add one of these actions to get the Bloomerang Constituent ID to map.

• Action: Bloomerang - Find Constituent
• Action: Bloomerang - Find or Create Constituent

When you say I need to add one of the actions are you saying I need to add another step?

Ok, thank you! I believe we got it to work. Although, adding that extra step requires the account to be upgraded.

Yes, Zaps with 3+ steps require a Zapier paid plan.

Yes, Troy’s recommendation did work — but we had to purchase a subscription, which is not what we were looking for.

Ideally, we’re looking for a way for our CRM to work directly with the platform we're using, or for Zapier to accomplish the same workflow using fewer steps in the automation.

• Bloomerang – Find Constituent

• Bloomerang – Find or Create Constituent
