I am trying to connect Flodesk to WooCommerce. 

I am on a FREE Plan. When a customer buys a SPECIFIC product on my WooCommerce store I want to send them to a SPECIFIC segment on Flodesk. 

I cannot add filters to the trigger to select the SPECIFIC product? Need help with that.

You can add a Filter as Step 2 in the Zap: https://zapier.com/apps/filter/help

That will make the Zap a 3 Step Zap that requires a Zapier paid plan.


Is this still only an option on the paid plan? I noticed Zapier made some upgrades?

Thanks- what is the best way to setup a specific woocommerce product to trigger a connection and entry into flodesk using filters and is there a way to do it in 2 steps?

I’m jumping in to see if I can help.

Unfortunately, triggering on specific product when using the “New Order” trigger is not supported at the moment. However, we do have an existing feature request for this exact functionality. I have added you and @Winter as another interested members to the feature request. That does a few things:

  • Bring this to the attention of the integration developers
  • Help track interest in this feature being implemented
  • Allows us to notify you via email if this feature becomes available in the future

While I don't have an ETA on when this feature might be implemented, we will notify you via email if it is!
