How do I connect to Climb if it's not in the App Directory?

I’m sorry if this is a noob question, I tried to search the forum but didn’t have much luck. My CRM is Ontraport, which seems to have great support in Zapier. I am trying to connect a financing platform to Ontraport. The financing site, Climb, is not in the Zapier App Directory. What are my options (if any) for connecting Climb to Ontrapart via Zapier so that I can transfer customer info:
1. First name
2. Last Name
3. Email

4 Product Purchased
are there other workarounds anyone can think of that might work for this type of set up?

App APIs can be used in Zaps with the Code app or the Webhooks app.

Thank you @Troy Tessalone. It appears I am unable to send POST requests from Climb, so would I have to use the “Retrieve Poll” webhook trigger? Also, the Climb API requires an API key or Session key in each request (which I think is more than just the Basic Auth available in the Retrieve Poll trigger). Not sure if this is all true, but if it is, does that mean my only option is the Code app?

Yes, unless Climb supports webhooks to send event data (e.g. new contact)

 

Authentication is sent in the APIKEY header for API keys or in the SESSION header for session keys.

@Troy Tessalone. Ok that’s great, so that means in the Retrieve Poll trigger, I would include the API key in the Headers key, value pairs section?
