Does anyone know of a way or if it is possible to sync SHOPIFY inventory levels with XERO?

There does not seem to be a trigger for this.

Does anyone have the skills for this?

Any help is much appreciated

@Kennyboom99 What is the most suitable trigger that you’re searching for?

@Kennyboom99 What is the most suitable trigger that you’re searching for?

If we could trigger this on a timer would be great, then we could set the trigger to update the stock levels weekly or monthly in xero (or daily) - we are going to use this for a stocktake (not live reporting)

Do you think this is possible?

Thanks.

Hi there @Kennyboom99,

Have you tried using Schedule by Zapier trigger for your desired workflow? You can read more about Schedule by Zapier here: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496288648461-Schedule-Zaps-to-run-at-specific-intervals

Hopefully, this points you in the right direction!

Yes, for a trigger you can try using Schedule by Zapier as @ken.a suggested.

Is Shopify your main inventory system and from there you want to sync Xero?

Have you found an appropriate actions from the app's point of view?

Thanks the shedule will work well.

Yes - we are using shopify as our master inventory.

The problem is then getting xero to update the stock levels from shopify.

Any ideas?

We are unclear on how to get the inventory levels from shopify to xero

Has anyone tried this?

Any help appreciated.

@Kennyboom99 as a first step, you can try getting the product quantity from Shopify by using Zapier Shopify Integration via:

Action: Find Product Variant by Title

When you set it up and test it, see if there’s a field quantity returned as result.

Let us know!

Thanks for the help but i cant find the product info we need using Find Product Variant by Title  not sure if this is possible in zapier.  is anyone a zapier ninja to help out?
