How can I connect IBM Cloudant database to Zapier?

The website is design using Squarespace. in it is a form. Squarespace and Zapier are connected. I cannot find a connection app to IBM Cloud’s Cloudant database. I need to store the data from the form in

Hey you can do this by creating a webhook to send a POST request to IBM Cloudant.
