Question

How do I connect Google Ads lead forms to Salesforce when the fields in Google Ads don't match those in Salesforce?

MarketingGirl

Hey there,

You can also “force map” a field if you know what it’s called.

For example, if you know that you’ll get a field name called “full_name” from Google Ads, then in the Salesforce step you can type {{ROOTID__full_name}}. Note that ROOTID is the ID of the root step, which will be the first several-digit number you see in your browser’s address bar. Also note that there are two underscores between the root id and the field name
