Hello

I haven’t used Zaiper for a couple of years, and when I did I  only used basic zaps (Hubspot to Mailchimp adding contacts to a list).

I am now faced with the following for a project and I’d love your thoughts on if the following would work..

  1. When a Company/Client within Freshsales is set to a relationship status of ’client’ > the company  is created in Xero
  2. When a Company/Client within Freshsales with a relationship status of has changes to certain fields (to be defined but Address, company trading name) > the company details are updated in Xero
  3. When Deals are set to ‘Won’ in Freshsales, can invoices be generated in Xero (but not sent) including the product lines?

Any feedback/advice or insight into what anyone has been able to achieve between these two products would be great!

It is very much possible to build these 3 workflows on Zapier. There are all the required triggers and actions to automate these 3.


It’s also possible to combine the first two requests into a single zap triggered on the Freshsales relationship status, and then using Paths to create the corresponding downstream actions based on whatever the relationship status may be.
