How do I connect a Google Forms response to OpenAI with the responses of OpenAI populating on a Google Docs?

I am having a hard time trying to figure out how to connect google form responses to openai and the responses from openai to populate onto a google doc or google sheet….

I cant figure out how to connect the openai fields to the google doc as well as to the google forms responses.

Hi @acceleratingsystems 

Good question.

For the OpenAI Prompt, you’ll want to try putting each mapped variable onto it’s own line with a preceding label like this:

 

...specific questions:

Business Location: {{Business Location}}

Business Service: {{Business Service}}

Business Industry: {{Business Industry}}
