I am currently testing out Zapier’s functionality and just trying some things out to see whether I want to pursue using Zapier. Currently, I want to connect a form to a chatbot but I cannot seem to figure out how.
For example, I have a form that asks for the name of a celebrity. When the user submits it, I want it to take the user straight to the chatbot and then the bot says something like “ask me anything about {{params.celebrity}}”
How could I do something like that?

If you’re using a standalone (not embedded) chatbot then it should be possible to send the celebrity name captured by the form over to the chatbot. We have guide that explains how to pass values over to a chatbot that you might find useful on this: Use URL parameters with directives and greetings
