How do I connect a Cognito Form to a shared Google Drive folder using Zapier?

Hi! I wanted to connect a Cognito Form to a shared Google Drive for a school event, where every time a participant uploaded their image, it would be automatically uploaded to the event’s Google Drive. However, this Google Drive is a shared one, and my Zapier couldn’t detect this shared folder, in spite it has been shared in the Google Drive account. How do I solve this problem? Thanks!

Hi there @8ternityPISTD, welcome to the Community! 👋

That’s odd, shared drives are supported with the Upload Drive action for Google Drive. Was the Google Account given access to the shared folder after it was already connected to the Zap?

If yes, can you try reconnecting your Google account to refresh the connection with Google and let me know if that then allows you to select the desired folder?

If no, can you confirm what level of access the Google Account has for the shared folder? I’d have thought that you’d need at least “Contributor” level access to be able to upload files to it.

Looking forward to hearing from you!
